Hockey Academy & Hockey Athlete Online Registration

Welcome to The Club at Woodbridge Hockey Program!

To enroll in the Hockey Academy or Hockey Athlete Program, please complete your online membership agreement using the promo code provided by your coach.

How to Register Online

1. Click the Online Join link here to begin:
2. Enter the promo code provided by your coach.
3. Click Next.
4. Select the appropriate Hockey Agreement and click Next again.
5. Complete all required personal information.
6. In the Terms and Conditions section, you must open and review each of the four blue hyperlink documents (1–4) before you can continue.
7. After opening all four documents, select Yes to accept the Terms and Conditions.
8. You will then be directed to the Payment Method page.
9. Enter your payment information.
10. Important: Be sure to select Recurring Payment before submitting your agreement.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to discontinue the Hockey Program in the future, you must submit a written cancellation request.

Please note that, in accordance with your membership agreement, one additional monthly payment will be processed after your cancellation request is received before your membership officially ends.
