You & Me Toddler: Ages 1 1/2 yrs. to 4 yrs. – 30 minutes
Parent required in pool. You and your child will have fun learning the basic fundamentals of swimming as well as how to remain safe around the water.
Swimfants/You & Me Toddler: Ages 6mo. to 4yrs – 30 minutes
Parent required in pool. A combination of our Swimfants and You & Me Toddler classes.
Toddler Splash: Ages 2 1/2 yrs. to 3 yrs. – 30 minutes
This intro class will focus on water adjustment, building confidence, and teach independence in the water. Prior You & Me Toddler experience recommended. Limited enrollment.
Pre-School Splash 1: Ages 4 yrs. to 5 yrs. – 30 minutes
Children will learn the basics of swimming as well as gain comfort and confidence in the water.
Pre-School Splash 2: Ages 4 yrs to 5 yrs. – 30 minutes
Children must be confident and comfortable in structured lessons. Students will begin to decrease the need for floatation and focus on learning the basics to freestyle.
Level 1: Ages 5 yrs. – 10 yrs. – 45 minutes
For students who are new to the pool, fearful, or not yet swimming independently. Students will learn floating techniques as well as the basics to swimming.
Level 2: Ages 5 to 12 years – 45 minutes
Students must be able to swim independently, without floatation, and complete arm circles on their front and back. This class will focus on freestyles and backstroke.
Level 3: Ages 5 to 12 years – 45 minutes
Students must be able to swim freestyles and backstroke. This class will focus on breaststroke and elementary backstroke.
Level 4: Ages 5 to 12 years – 45 minutes
Students must be able to swim rudimentary freestyle and backstroke with rotary breathing the full length of the pool. This class will focus on breaststroke and elementary back stroke, introducing dolphin kick.
Level 5: Ages 5 to 12 years – 45 minutes
Students must be able to swim freestyle, backstroke, rudimentary breaststroke, and elementary backstroke. This class will focus on butterfly and sidestroke.
Stroke Mechanics : Ages 8 yrs. & up – 45 minutes
Students must be able to swim freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. This class will focus on developing proper technique to enhance stroke efficiency, as well as build endurance, flips, turns & pull outs.
Swim Team Prep: Ages 8 yrs. & up – 45 minutes
Drilled the same was as a team, this class is designed to get you ready to join the team! This class will focus on perfecting their racing technique, increasing their speed, and building endurance. Students must be able to swim 6 lengths of each stroke.
Adult Beginner: Ages 15 yrs. & up – 45 minutes
No previous instruction. Learn the basic strokes and breathing mechanics. Feel safe and secure around the water.
