We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Les Mills Shapes, our newest group exercise program designed to help you feel strong, balanced, and energized!
What is Shapes?
Shapes combines the best of Pilates, Barre, and Power Yoga into a dynamic, low-impact workout. This class focuses on controlled movements that sculpt and strengthen major muscle groups, improve alignment, and increase flexibility.
Who is it for?
Shapes is perfect for all fitness levels. Every exercise can be modified to suit your individual needs, making it accessible whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete.
