Code of Conduct
At The Club at Woodbridge, we’re dedicated to providing a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly environment for all members and guests.
To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask that all visitors follow the rules below.
🚫 Unacceptable Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited within the facility:
- Violations of any local, state, or federal law
- Actions that endanger the safety or well-being of members, guests, or staff
- Damage, vandalism, or misuse of property
- Behavior that disrupts our family-oriented atmosphere or business operations
- Profanity, vulgar, disruptive, or threatening language
- Blocking walkways, entrances, exits, or lobby areas
- Running, horseplay, or disorderly conduct
- Excessive loitering or unauthorized use of facilities
- Use of unauthorized recreational or personal transportation devices
- Possession or use of firearms, weapons, or illegal substances
Members or guests who fail to follow these guidelines may be asked to leave the facility.
Refusal to comply may result in removal or prosecution for criminal trespass.
Fitness Center Rules
To maintain a respectful and safe workout environment, please observe the following guidelines:
✅ General Etiquette
- Be courteous and respectful of others.
- Keep noise levels low and use headphones for music or phone calls.
- Wipe down all equipment after each use.
- Return weights to racks promptly after use.
🚷 Prohibited Actions
- Dropping weights or misusing equipment.
- Bringing food into the fitness area.
- Consuming drinks other than water or sports beverages.
- Wearing inappropriate attire (athletic wear only).
- Wearing improper footwear (no dress shoes, boots, sandals, open-toe or open-back shoes, or bare feet).
- Bringing backpacks or gym bags into the strength room.
(Lockers are available on the first floor.)
👶 Age Restrictions
- Children under 13 years of age are not permitted in the strength or cardio rooms.
- Each machine is limited to a maximum of three users at a time.
Please note: Junior Members may not bring guests to the Club. Because individuals under the age of 18 cannot legally sign liability waivers, only adult members are permitted to bring guests into the facility.
