Welcome To The Club At Woodbridge

The Club at Woodbridge was conceived and designed with the notion that we will strive to improve the quality of life of our members. We want our members to feel proud that they belong to the The Club at Woodbridge and are comfortable bringing a friend, grabbing a bite to eat, hearing a lecture or participating in a program that they never thought would be just right for them. Our continued development is guided by our Members4Ever Program and our commitment to provide excellent service with complete satisfaction.

Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation

With over 20 years of Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation services, our licensed therapists specialize in orthopedic, sports and work injuries, muscle imbalances, repetitive injuries and focus on preventative care. We also offer aquatic therapy in our indoor heated swimming pool. Come meet our therapists. We welcome non-Club members and accept most medical insurances... call today!

Fall classes start October 9th and run for 10 weeks. We offer classes for the whole family including sports court rentals, swimming, aquatics exercise, tennis lessons, racquetball, soccer, group dance and fitness classes, ballroom dancing, spinning classes, Les Mills, Zumba, yoga, weesports and kidsports classes, and much more! We offer classes that help build total body strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for people of all fitness levels. All of our instructors are certified in CPR and carry one the following certifications: ACE, AAFA or AAAI. Download our Group Fitness Class Schedule to learn more about the classes we offer and their available days and times.
