Gentle Chair Yoga
This yoga class incorporates all the advantages of challenge and self-pacing for all levels and ages. The poses and methods will increase muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. The class will end with a relaxation meditation.
Get up and Move
Get up and move with a friendly instructor. A low to no impact cardio workout.
Latin based dance workout with low impact moves perfect for seniors in a 45 minute format.
