DESCRIPTION:  \nFor August\, we’re excited to spotlight Ryan Curtis\, an exceptional amateur boxer known for his powerful and strategic approach in the ring.  Hailing from Sewaren\, NJ\, Ryan has overcome personal challenges\, including mental health struggles and addiction\, to make a triumphant return to boxing after the COVID-19 lockdown. Trained under renowned coaches Rahn Carter and Jackie Atkins\, Ryan now shares his passion for the sport as a coach in Perth Amboy. He is also working to establish a boxing program in Woodbridge\, NJ\, aiming to empower individuals through confidence\, self-defense\, and personal growth. Ryan’s dedication and resilience make him an inspiring member of our community.
