Interval Training
Overwhelmed by dance moves in group fitness? This is the class for you! With almost no choreography, our instructors will guide you through simple step and aerobic movements alternating them with sculpting moves for the total body workout! (Level: All)
Sculpt
Tone the muscles in your upper and lower body. Weights, tubing, body bars, and stability balls are used. (Level: All)
Sports Circuit
A circuit class that consists of resistance training, cardiovascular work and sports specific drills. This class wil help increase endurance and strength. (Level: All)
