SENIOR CLASSES

Forever Fit Sampler

This rotational class offers a different class format each week to experience and enjoy. Get a taste of the classes you always wanted to try. Step n Sculpt, Seniorcise, Senior Conditioning, & Gentle Yoga.

Gentle Fit

This muscle toning class is designed specifically for senior exercisers and focuses on increasing muscular strength and flexibility. Warm-up and range-of-movement exercises are followed by exercises using hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and stability balls for the a total body workout.

Gentle Yoga

This yoga class incorporates all the advantages of challenge and self-pacing for all levels and ages. The poses and methods will increase muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. The class will end with a relaxation meditation.

Get up & Go!

Enjoy this simple, basic low-impact cardio class. A fun workout!

Senior Conditioning

Improve your muscular strength and bone density, a crucial component in your fitness program, This class uses weighted body bars for the resistance training exercises.

Senior Strength Circuit

Strengthen your bones and muscles and improve your flexibility and balance. Keiser Strength equipment uses compressed air resistance that allows you to work your muscles hard and yet be easy on your joints.

Seniorcise

Try this wonderful variety of exercises to improve balance, strength, circulation, flexibility, and endurance. The class begins with seated conditioning exercises and is followed by low-impact movement and muscle toning.

Tone, Stretch, & Stabilization

This great class helps you to maintain a healthy back and improve your posture. You will develop the muscles that stabilize your spine with toning and stretching exercises.
