What We Offer
• All of our instructors are certified in CPR and carry one the following certifications: ACE, AAFA or AAAI
• We have an extensive schedule that includes classes for: Pilates, Cardio, Strength & Conditioning, Aquatic Exercise, Indoor Cycling, and Mind & Body.
• The Club at Woodbridge is a Platinum status club for all of Les Mills which mean we carry 7 programs: Body Pump, Body Flow, Body Combat, Body Step, RPM and Body Attack.
Abdominal Back Strengthening....This concentrated workout is specifically designed to strengthen the abdominal and back muscles to promote better posture, core strength & balance. (Level: All)
Gain strength and muscle tone, all with low impact movements in the pool. (Level: All)
A combination of low impact aerobic and muscle toning exercises set to fun energetic music. (Level: All)
Aqua Tone Express
Same great combination of low impact/high intensity cardio and toning exercises set to music without stress on the joint. (Level: All)
Designed specifically to accommodate athletes. Poses are geared to improve overall athletic performance. (Level: All)
Body Attack / CX Worx
A sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! (Level: All)
The Workout with Punch! A high-energy cardiovascular training class that combines moves from a wide range of martial arts disciplines. Body Combat allows you to punch and kick your way to increased fitness levels. This class improves fat burning potential, muscle coordination, strength, flexibility and agility. Body Combat is suitable for anyone who wants a challenging and athletic class. (Level: All)
A combination class using the best exercises of Pilates, Yoga, & Tai-Chi. (Level: All)
The original one-hour barbell class. This athletic-based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body. It strengthens, tones and defines like nothing else can. (Level: All)
Body Pump Express
The original athletic barbell class set in 45 minute format. (Level: All)
A step class with all the muscle but without the dance. (Level: All)
Challenge yourself, burn calories quickly and tone every muscle group in your body. This seasonal class trains indoors at The Club and outdoors at various locations. (Level:All)
This sculpting class bring the phrase FEEL THE BURN to life. It incorporates resistance & weight training with high reps. Take sculpting to the next level, chisel the cuts into your body. (Level: All)
An intensely challenging 30 minute core workout that gets you results where it counts the most. / Mon 6:30pm, Tues. 9:00am & 8pm, Weds 5:30pm, Thurs. 6am & 8PM, Sunday 8:30am

Dance Like the Stars - The Workout
Get all the benefits of an aerobic dance workout while learning the basic steps and techniques to all the popular Ballroom Dances. No partner necessary. Break a sweat & have fun. Focus on dances like Cha Cha, Swing, Waltz, Salsa, Merenque, Samba, Rumba, Nightclub 2-step plus more! (Level: All)
Forever Fit Sampler
This rotational class offers a different class format each week to experience and enjoy. Get a taste of the classes you always wanted to try. Step n Sculpt, Seniorcise, Senior Conditioning, and Gentle Yoga. (Level: Seniors)
Gentle Chair Yoga
This yoga class incorporates all the advantages of traditional yoga poses in a chair. (Level: Seniors)
Gentle Fit & Stretch
This muscle toning class is designed specifically for senior exercisers and focuses on increasing muscular strength and flexibility. Warm-up and range-of-movement exercises are followed by exercises using hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and stability balls for the a total body workout. (Level: Seniors)
Get Up & Go!
Enjoy this simple, basic low-impact cardio class. A fun workout! (Level: Seniors)
Intro To Spinning
Learn the basics of Spinning. (Level: Beginner)
This class generates momentum and then perpetuates and redirects that momentum. This small class works your entire body (Level: All)
All of our Pilates instructors are certified by Stott, IM=X or Physical Mind. We offer a full weekly schedule of Pilates Mat, Pilates On the Ball. All levels from beginner to advanced.
Pilates - Beyond the Basics
Mat class utilizing flex bands, fitness rings, gliding discs and balls. (Level: All)
Pilates mat focuses on improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and posture. This technique includes proper breathing and control over various muscle groups. Registration required. (Level: All)
Pilates On The Ball
Pilates class that focuses on improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and posture using a physio ball. Registration required. (Level: All)
Drum your way to leaner physique all the while rocking out to your favorite music.
Another great class from Body Training Systems. Makers of Body Pump, Body Flow, & Body Step. This pre-choreographed, instructor-led indoor cycling class is as consistent as a cup of coffee from Starbucks! (Level: All)
Tone the muscles in your upper and lower body. Weights, tubing, body bars, and stability balls are used. (Level: All)
Improves muscular strength bone density. Class uses weighted Body Bars for resistance training exercies. (Level: Seniors)
This free-style, high-energy indoor cycling class integrates music, camaraderie and visualization. Focus on endurance, strength, heart rate, and just plain fun! Water bottle & towel required. (Level: All)
A circuit class that consists of resistance training, cardiovascular work and sports specific drills. This class will help increase endurance and strength. (Level: All)
TRX Suspension Class
This class helps build total body strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for people of all fitness levels, utilizing suspension straps. The TRX works every part of your body in 45 minutes, especially your core. This is the quickest way to get an effective cardio and muscle workout in less than one hour. (Level: All)
Yoga, meaning UNION is a journey into balance of both mind and body. The use of a series of postures and breathing techniques to enhance your body strength, posture, flexibility, and ease of respiration. A short meditation may conclude the class. (Level: All)
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! • Our schedule consists of: Cardio, Strength & Conditioning Aquatic Exercise and Mind & Body.
• We have a fun filled day for Seniors every year to coincide with Senior Health & Fitness day in May
The Club at Woodbridge features 5 Group Exercise studios to accommodate all of our member's needs. Studio A, B, & C are home to most of the Group Exercise classes. They are constructed with floating wood floors to help reduce impact on your joints.
