New Members
As a New Member you will be introduced to our Members 4 Ever program by one of our helpful and supportive Fitness Coaches. You will meet with a Fitness Coach four times in your first 4 - 6 weeks of membership. Your coach will get to know your individual needs and goals to help you get started or "re-acquainted" with exercise and healthy living. Our goal is to help you learn about the club and the opportunities available to you as a member.
Fitness Center
The clubs fitness center houses 2 wood floor basketball/volleyball courts as well as indoor walking /jogging track. Our indoor track sports a rubberized floor for your walking/jogging comfort.
You can find pick-up basketball games morning, afternoons, & evenings during the week, as well as on the weekends.
Volleyball offers a combined co-ed instructional/recreational league for players of all ability levels who are looking for a fun social atmosphere.

Fitlinxx is a state of the art system designed to help us develop your individualized program. You will Start at our Workout Information Kiosk with touch screen, which makes logging your workout simple while giving you the personal feedback you need to monitor your progress. As you proceed, our electronic "training partners" are with you on each piece of equipment coaching you and making suggestions. It counts reps and monitors your range of motion and speed. It lets you know if you are exercising correctly and alerts you when change is necessary.
Keiser Xpress Air Circuit
Helps you do a workout in 30 minutes. Keiser's unique, thumb-button controlled air resistance eliminates plates and pins and makes adjustments quick and easy. You can increase or decrease weight by as little as one pound increments. Bio mechanically designed variable resistance gives you the best possible results from every exercise.
Cardiovascular Equipment

Our state of the art fitness center features a two level cardio deck with all the cardiovascular exercise equipment you could ever need including: Stairmaster, Steppers, Step-Mills, Bicycles, Precor EFX Ellipticals, Cybex Arc Trainers, Treadmills, and Rowers. Our knowledgeable staff will show you how to use each of these, explain the benefits of cross training and of these, explain the benefits of cross training and of working within your target heart zone.
Treadwall
The Treadwall is the world's first fitness trainer to use rock climbing as a total body workout. The 11-foot machine acts as a vertical tread mill that allows continuous climbing for all ages and skill levels. The Treadwall is safe, moving only as a climber steps up. The climber is never more that 2-4 feet of the ground.
